Inspecting your home and locating the source of your problem is our main priority to ensure that all treatments performed are as accurate as can be.
Introducing our new robotics division, we have added a new member to our team: the inspectorbot.
This robot, which is equipped with a camera, is easily maneuvered to inspect hard to reach areas such as crawlspaces, roofs, rafters and attics. All results are documented with a special reporting software that makes inspecting these key areas extremely easy!
HOW DOES MOISTURE IN MY CRAWLSPACE AFFECT MY HOME?
Attics and crawl spaces are also highly susceptible to mold growth because moisture can easily accumulate in these spaces, often unbeknownst to the homeowner since very little time is spent in these areas of the home.
Why is moisture accumulation so common in crawl spaces? Consider the location of the crawl space: it sits underneath your home right on top of the earth as your home's foundation. Soil and dirt from the earth contain moisture and moisture is one of three requirements for mold to grow.
Since moisture forms so easily in confined areas, crawl spaces are regular mold breeding grounds. Moisture from dirt normally will evaporate into the atmosphere but can get trapped in a closed area like a crawl space.
When moisture is not vented to the outside, it can start to condense on foundation walls or subflooring, which can be especially a problem if the sub flooring is wood (wood is a food source for mold).

Mold Inspection Reports: We provide the most comprehensive Mold Inspection Reports in the industry using the following methods during your mold inspection, testing, and assessment processes:
After our mold inspection experts have completed their entire mold inspection of your home or building, they will take all of the collected data and samples to a 3rd party scientific labortaory to analyze our findings and samples.
Keep in mind that the specifics of your mold inspection service are determined based upon the specifics of your issue. Various factors are involved in outlining a customized mold remediation plan and your specified treatment process will be provided to you in detail in your Home Mold Inspection Report within two to three business days upon completion of your mold inspection service.
Once the remediation has concluded, a project manager will inform you as to the status of your property and schedule a remediation to remove all mold from the affected area, as per client request.
The follow-up will occur when all remediation and final clearance mold testing is complete. A mold removal Clearance Certificate will then be issued to you, upon receipt of the results pertaining to the post-remediation sampling, if you have opted for the testing. Your project manager or direct office administrator will contact you to answer any questions or address any concerns you may have and provide recommendations to avoid future mold issues.
